I just want to say a very HUGE thank you to everyone who has stood up for me on this post to the people being bigots and hateful towards women. I am extremely proud to be Native. I am so glad so many people can see that.
I definitely don't walk around dressed like this. I was raised to be very into the "now" and "present" but never forget what we came for and my blood line. I won't say much else, because it can get long and tedious. Plus very hurtful.
As for being "racist" against my own culture for being "nude" in this photo. That seems utterly ridiculous. I am so glad to see so many people standing up for women's rights. We should not have to hide our bodies because of prejudice and what men might do to us. People need to become progressive and not cavemen.
I plan on writing a very long blog post about this one of these days when I have time.
I want to say thank you again for everyone's POSITIVE comments. I wish I could answer every single one of them! I love you guys!
